Ingredients
- 1 c. vinegar (dark)
- 1 c. water
- 2 qts. cooked beets, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. horseradish
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Heat vinegar and water to boil. Pour over remaining ingredients.
- Seal in hot sterile jars.
