Ingredients
- 3 cups rhubarb, diced
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- Combine eggs, sugar, flour, and salt.
- Pour over rhubarb. Mix. Put in pie shell.
- Bake 40-45 minutes.
