Ingredients
- 1 cup Israeli cous cous
- 1 tbsp chicken or beef bullion paste
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 lemon, zested
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions

melt butter and add one cup cous cous

brown the cous cous then add 1 1/2 cups water and bullion 1/2 tbls

stir and turn down heat to low for 7-8 min

cover and let sit for 5 min

while cous cous is sitting, put pine nuts on a non spray pan on medium heat

add pine nuts to cous cous and stir in lemon zest, salt and pepper
