Ingredients
- 24 stalks rhubarb
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. water
- 1 box raspberry jello
- 1 c. lemon juice (juice of 6 lemons)
- 1 juice from large can of pineapple
- 1 quart ginger ale
Directions
- Put stalks into pan. Add enough water to cook. Strain.
- In separate pan, bring to boil, 2 cups of sugar & water.
- Add the jello. Combine with rhubarb. Cool.
- Combine 1 cup lemon juice and pineapple juice. Cool.
- Just before serving, add 1 quart of ginger ale.
