Ingredients
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Filets- a bit thicker
- 1 T fleur de sol salt
- 1 T fresh ground pepper
Directions

In cast iron skillet -heat skillet to very hot

No oil-put in filets a sear 2 minutes on each top and bottom

Sear sides 2 minutes each around sides of filet

Put skillet in oven and cook until internal temp about 125 degrees
