Ingredients
- shallots-optional
- 3-4 different kinds of mushrooms
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 1/2-3/4 C chopped parsley
Directions

Saute shallots in small amount oil

Saute mushrooms and butter, salt and pepper for around 8 minutes

Add fresh garlic and saute 1 minute more

Add parsley and more salt to taste
