Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 3 c. water
  • 6 bullion cubes

Directions

  1. Chop onion, carrots, celery, and cabbage. Set aside.
  2. Combine water, bullion cubes, and tomato juice. Season to taste.
  3. Add to chopped vegetables and simmer 1 hour.
