Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 4 carrots
- 4 celery stalks
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 3 c. water
- 6 bullion cubes
Directions
- Chop onion, carrots, celery, and cabbage. Set aside.
- Combine water, bullion cubes, and tomato juice. Season to taste.
- Add to chopped vegetables and simmer 1 hour.
