24-Hour Cold Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 c. Mazola oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Chop vegetables and combine.
  2. Combine vinegar, sugar, celery seed, oil, salt, mustard, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture over vegetables. Stir often.
  4. Refrigerate.
