Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 c. sugar
• 3 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 c. water
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 5 tbsp. oil or melted oleo
• 1 c. sugar
• 3 tbsp. cocoa
• 3 tbsp. milk
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

1. Stir flour, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, soda, and salt together into pan you are going to bake it in. Do not grease pan.

2. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

3. While cake is hot, make the frosting:

4. Stir together 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, milk, butter, egg, and vanilla Boil 3 minutes.

5. Spread over hot cake.
