Ingredients
- Potatoes 2
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Rice Flour 4 tblspoon
- Water 1/4 cup
- Baking Powder 1/4 tsp

Cut potatoes thickly, soak it in salted water and fry. Remove and put on paper. Make a paste with baking powder, salt, water and rice flour. Not very thick. Dip chips one by one and crisply fry.
