Ingredients
- 1 cup boneless chicken big cubes
- 3 tblspoon Oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tblspoon Soyasauce
- Batter
- 1 Egg
- 2 tblspoon Cornflour
- 1/2 tsp Ajimoto
- 2 tblspoon Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tblspoon Soyasauce
- Sauce
- 1 Onion chopped
- Green chillies seeds removed
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tblspoon Soyasauce
- 2 tsp Chili Sauce
- 1 tblspoon Cornflour
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Stock
- 1/2 maggi cube dissolved
- 1 tblspoon Vinegar

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and soya sauce for 1/2 an hour. Dip in the batter and deep fry. In a pan, heat oil, add the chopped onion and green chillies fry till transparent, add the stock, add the seasoning, add cornflour dissolved in water 1/2 a cup, cook till slightly thick, remove, add the fried chicken, serve with rice and pour sauce on it.
