Corn Bread

Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. liquid shortening
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Mix and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
