Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground ham
- 1 lbs. ground pork
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. graham crackers
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions
- Combine ham, pork, and beef.
- Add evaporated milk, eggs, & graham crackers.
- Form into 1/2 c. balls.
- To make the sauce combine tomato sauce, sugar, and dry mustard.
- Place approximately 1 1/2 tbsp. sauce over each meatball while cooking. Bake until done.
