Ingredients
- 1 Regular-size vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 3 tsp. soft butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 15 oz. canned sliced peaches
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. peach juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 cinnamon
Directions
- Combine pudding, flour, baking powder, salt, egg, butter & milk thoroughly. Pour into 8×8 pan.
- Drain peaches saving juice.
- Arrange fruit on top of filling.
- In small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and juice. Spoon on top of fruit.
- Mix 1 tsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
