Peaches & Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 Regular-size vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 tsp. soft butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 15 oz. canned sliced peaches
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. peach juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine pudding, flour, baking powder, salt, egg, butter & milk thoroughly. Pour into 8×8 pan.
  2. Drain peaches saving juice.
  3. Arrange fruit on top of filling.
  4. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and juice. Spoon on top of fruit.
  5. Mix 1 tsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
