Ingredients
- Eggs
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Sour Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pickle relish
- Mayo
Directions
- Boil eggs, cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks. Beat with butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, pickle relish, and mayo.
- Put in pastry bag to squeeze mixture into white of eggs.
- Put eggs on plate with parsley all around.
