Penny’s Crock Dill Pickles

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • Dill
  • Garlic glove
  • 2-3 small slices of onion

Directions

  1. Layer: cover bottom with dill. Cover with cukes 2-4" in size. Add more dill, garlic clove, & onion.
  2. Add another layer of cukes, etc.
  3. Cover for 4 days. Stays good in refrigerator.
