Francis’ Rhubarb Jelly

Ingredients

  • 4 c. Rhubarb (cut up)
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1 package (16 oz.) orange slices cut into bite-size pieces.

Directions

  1. Combine rhubarb and sugar. Set overnight.
  2. Bring rhubarb and sugar to boil. Stir in orange pieces. Boil again.
  3. Put in hot sterile jars. Keep in refrigerator.
