Breakfast Casserole

Cook time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 3-4 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 tub crescent rolls
  • Onion - diced
  • Green pepper - dices
  • Green olives - sliced
  • Black olives - sliced
  • Mushrooms - sliced
  • 6 eggs
  • Tabasco sauce
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Cook sausage with onion and green pepper. Drain off grease.
  2. In 9×13 pan press down unrolled crescent rolls.
  3. Alternate layers of hashbrowns and meat.
  4. Spread olives and mushrooms as desired. Put on cheese. At this point, cover the casserole and put in refrigerator until next day.
  5. reheat over to 375.

  6. Beat 6 eggs and 2 drops of tabasco sauce per egg. Pour over casserole.
  7. Bake approx. 45 min. or until done.
