Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 3-4 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 tub crescent rolls
- Onion - diced
- Green pepper - dices
- Green olives - sliced
- Black olives - sliced
- Mushrooms - sliced
- 6 eggs
- Tabasco sauce
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Cook sausage with onion and green pepper. Drain off grease.
- In 9×13 pan press down unrolled crescent rolls.
- Alternate layers of hashbrowns and meat.
- Spread olives and mushrooms as desired. Put on cheese. At this point, cover the casserole and put in refrigerator until next day.

reheat over to 375.
- Beat 6 eggs and 2 drops of tabasco sauce per egg. Pour over casserole.
- Bake approx. 45 min. or until done.
