Ingredients
- 2 c. diced rhubarb
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 3oz. box of red Jello
- 1 3oz. cream cheese, soft and mashed
- 2/3 c. finely diced celery
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions
- Boil the first three above ingredients on low for 10 mins. Remove from heat.
- Add Jello and cream cheese, and stir until dissolved.
- Chill until slightly thickened; wipe.
- Add celery and pecans
- Chill until set.
