Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halved
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsps. margarine
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsps. rosemary, crumbled
- 1/4 tsps. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsps. cornstarch
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
Directions
- Rub chicken with garlic. Season with salt.
- In nonstick skillet, saute chicken in margarine. Add juice, rosemary and pepper flacks to pan. Cover, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir water and cornstarch to blend, stir into pan juices. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
- Add lemon and onion. Heat through.
