Ingredients

• 2 10-oz. pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
• 4 eggs
• 1 c. cooking oil
• 2 c. sugar
• 3 c. flour
• 1 tbsp. cinnamon
• 1 tbsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

1. Defrost strawberries.
2. Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy. Add cooking oil, sugar, and defrosted strawberries.
3. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt into a mixing bowl.
4. Add strawberries mixture and mix until well blended. Stir in nuts.
5. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pan.
6. Bake 250 for 1 hour and 10 mins.
