Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- Shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced black olives, for garnish
- Pretzel chips
Directions

With electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in taco sauce, chili powder and red pepper. Fold in cucumber and scallions. Chill at least 1 hour. To serve, spoon dip into center of large round plate; top with lettuce, tomato and olives. Arrange pretzel chips around edge of dip. Serve with additional pretzel chips for dipping.
