- 2 Tbsp psyllium husk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 c water
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and kneed thoroughly

Let rest 10 minutes

Separate into 4 balls

Flatten and fry in oil until browned
