Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Salt
Directions

Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together

Allow to cool for a minute (not too long!) then add an egg and stir together quickly

Add almond flour and baking powder and stir thoroughly

Roll and form into pretzels

Sprinkle with salt and bake 15-17 minutes or until lightly brown
