Ingredients
- One 8-oz. bag of 'Old Dutch Puff Corn Curls'
- 1/2 lb. butter (not oleo)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions
- Place corn curls in large roaster pan.
- In a 2-qt. sauce pan, cook together butter, brown sugar, corn syrup. Add 1 tsp. baking soda to mixture. This will cause mixture to foam, so 2 qt. saucepan is necessary.
- Pour caramel mixture over corn curls and stir until mixed.
- Place in 250 degree oven for 45 mins. Stir at least every 10-15 mins.
- Remove from oven and pour on wax paper and break apart.
