Ingredients
- 3 pkgs. lime Jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. cold liquid (pineapple juice & water)
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 Cool Whip
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold liquid.
- Let set until it begins to thicken. Stir in lemon pie filling. Whip with mixer. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture.
- To the remaining, add crushed pineapple. Put in 9×13 pan. Refrigerate until set.
- Fold in cup of Jello mixture in Cool Whip. Spread over first layer, and refrigerate.
