Sea Foam Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 pkgs. lime Jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. cold liquid (pineapple juice & water)
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold liquid.
  2. Let set until it begins to thicken. Stir in lemon pie filling. Whip with mixer. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture.
  3. To the remaining, add crushed pineapple. Put in 9×13 pan. Refrigerate until set.
  4. Fold in cup of Jello mixture in Cool Whip. Spread over first layer, and refrigerate.
