Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • 5 c. chopped rhubarb
  • 4 c. sugar
  • Small box strawberry or raspberry Jello

Directions

  1. Pour sugar over rhubarb and let stand 10-15 mins. before cooking.
  2. Boil mixture approx. 10 minutes or until it is the consistency you desire.
  3. Add small box strawberry or raspberry Jello. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Freeze in airtight containers.
