Ingredients
- 5 c. chopped rhubarb
- 4 c. sugar
- Small box strawberry or raspberry Jello
Directions
- Pour sugar over rhubarb and let stand 10-15 mins. before cooking.
- Boil mixture approx. 10 minutes or until it is the consistency you desire.
- Add small box strawberry or raspberry Jello. Stir thoroughly.
- Freeze in airtight containers.
