Ingredients
- 8 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. Cayenne
- 5 tbsp. black pepper
- 8 tbsp. garlic powder
- 3 tbsp. dried oregano
- 3 tbsp. dried thyme
- 6 tbsp. salt
- Olive oil
Directions
- Do not substitute garlic salt or onion salt for the powder.
- Mix well in bowl several times. Store in air tight container.
- Brush olive oil all over meat. Massage meat with rub. Let sit overnight.
