Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. Mazola oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 box (3 cups) powdered sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- Nuts
Directions
- Grease 2 pans for layer cake or one 9×13 pan.
- Bake at 325 for 45 mins. or until done.
- For frosting, cream oleo and cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add nuts on top.
