Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 to 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2-1 tsp kosher salt
- Toppings:
- Chicken breast+cherry tomatoes
- Basil ribbons+Pine nuts+Lemon juice (instead of lime juice)
- Mango+Habanero
- Blue cheese+toasty almonds
- Crumbled bacon+Cotija cheese
- Jicama+Pineapple
- Apple+White onion

In a bowl, mash avocados until almost smooth. Stir in lime juice and kosher salt. Let stand 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Then get to topping.
