Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram, crushed
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions

Mix together pork, maple syrup, salt, sage, onion powder, black pepper, crushed red pepper, marjoram, coriander, and cloves in a bowl. Shape into 8 patties.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, fry patties 3-4 minutes per side.
