Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh strawberries, sliced and divided
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Cane syrup, to serve
Directions

eheat oven to 350. Spray a 10-inch ovenproof skillet with cooking spray.

In prepared skillet, place half of strawberries.

In a large bowl, whisk together oats, brown sugar, 1/3 cup pecans, baking powder, salt and cinnamon until combined. Sprinkle onto strawberries in skillet.

In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, orange zest and juice, eggs, vanilla. Pour all over oats mixture. Top with remaining strawberries and remaining 1/3 cup pecans.

Bake until center is set, 35 to 40 minutes. Drizzle with melted butter; serve with cane syrup.
