Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans, rinsed and trimmed
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Szechuan peppercorn
Directions

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Bring some water to a boil and add the green beans. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until crispy.

Saute the garlic and ginger in the oil. When the mixture becomes aromatic, add in the green beans and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until soft.

Add in the sauce and continue stirring the beans.

Serve with rice.
