Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 4 ears of grilled corn
- 2 serranos, seeded and diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Mash avocados slightly with a fork. Add the kernels from the corn, serranos, onion, lime juice, canola oil, cilantro and salt and pepper to taste; gently stir to combine.
