Pork Sausage

added parsley in first batch—can use rosemary, raw egg white, fennel, funegreek, basil
Ingredients
- ground pork
- minced garlic
- sage
- thyme
- nutmeg
- salt
- ground pepper
- brown sugar
- maple syrup
Directions

Grind pork and chill 15 min

per l lb pork, mix in:
- l mince garlic clove
- 1 T sage
- 3/4 T thyme
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t ground pepper
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 1/2 T maple syrup
