Pork Sausage

(from hollyanna’s recipe box)

added parsley in first batch—can use rosemary, raw egg white, fennel, funegreek, basil

Ingredients

  • ground pork
  • minced garlic
  • sage
  • thyme
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • brown sugar
  • maple syrup

Directions

  1. Grind pork and chill 15 min

  2. per l lb pork, mix in:

  3. l mince garlic clove
  4. 1 T sage
  5. 3/4 T thyme
  6. pinch of nutmeg
  7. 1 t salt
  8. 1/2 t ground pepper
  9. 1 T brown sugar
  10. 1 1/2 T maple syrup
