Boston Market Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- Potatoes:
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, softened
- Crunch Topping:
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions

eheat the oven to 350.

Boil potatoes for 12 to 15 minutes until tender. Remove skins when cooled. Put into a large bowl.

Add the sugar, eggs, and butter and whip until fluffy.

Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the crunch topping. Add to the top of the casserole.

Bake for 45 minutes.
