Ingredients
- 1 lb. slightly softened butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- Sliced Italian bread
Directions

In a small bowl, cream together the butter and cheese with a fork.

Preheat a griddle or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Spread the cheese mixture on bread slices about 1/4" thick.

Place the bread cheese-side down on a griddle.

Cook until the cheese has browned.
