Ingredients
- Half a 28 oz. bag frozen steak fries
- 4 slices bacon
- 8 oz. bag shredded Cheddar
- Jalapeno pepper slices, to taste
- Ranch salad dressing, for dipping
Directions

Spread the fries evenly over a cookie sheet and bake as directed.

Line strips of bacon on another cookie sheet and bake about 15-20 minutes, until crispy.

When the fries and bacon are done, remove from the oven.

Add a thick layer of cheese and jalapenos on top of the cooked fries, then crumble the bacon on top.

Return to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
