Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- Vegetable oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 8 frozen dumplings or 16 frozen mini wontons
- 2 heads baby bok choy (leaves), trimmed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt
- Sesame oil and scallions, for serving

Cook ginger and garlic, scallions and celery in vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat until softened, about 3 minutes. Add chicken broth and water. Bring to a simmer and cook until the vegetables are tender, 5 minutes. Add dumplings, bok choy leaves, chicken and soy sauce. Simmer until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes; season with salt. Divide among 4 bowls; drizzle with sesame oil and top with scallions.
