Ingredients
- 6 C flour
- 2 C warm water
- 3 t yeast
- 1T olive oil
- 2 t salt
- olive oil to line bowl
Directions

mix water, olive oil, salt and 1/2 of the flour

add 1/4 C flour at a time after that and mix in

until smooth

knead
-
proof in bowl
- divide into portions and roll what is needed

can proof another 1/2 hour before rolling
