Airfried Crispy Taco Stuffed Shells

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1lb of Ground beef or any substitute
- 1 packet of Taco seasoning
- 1 box of Jumbo Shells (cooked al dente)
- 1 10oz bag of Cheddar cheese cubes
- Cooking spray
- Ingredients for dip:
- 1/2 Cup of sour cream
- 3 tbsp of taco seasoning
- -Garnish-
- Chopped green onion
Directions

Prepare jumbo shells according to package.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Place on an oil baking sheet until ready to fill.

Brown your ground beef or substitute.

Drain your ground beef.

Mix ground beef and taco seasoning packet according to package. (I cut the liquid in half)

When the ground beef has cooled down and can safely be handled, fill one shell with a spoonful of taco meat and one cube of cheese.

Place another cooked shell over the top of stuffed shell and set on oiled baking sheet.

Place stuffed shells in air fryer and spray generously with cooking spray.

Air fry at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins.

They should be crispy and golden brown.

While the shells are in the air fryer, mix together the sour cream and 3tbsp of taco seasoning.

Top with green onion and serve.
