Cajun Salmon Pasta

Serve with a side salad or another green leafy veggie. You can also add some seared scallops to this recipe. Just sear the scallops for approximately 2-3 mins on each side. Do not over cook them.

Ingredients
- 1 larger filet of Salmon
- 2 tsp garlic powder divided
- 2 tsp Ole Bay divided
- 2 tsp Onion powder divided
- 2 tsp Paprika divided
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning divided
- 1 Packet of Sazon divided
- Cheyenne pepper to taste
- 1/2 Stick of butter
- 2 Cloves of minced garlic
- 1 Heaping tbsp of flour
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 box of cooked noodles (I used bow tie)
- Vegtable oil to coat frying pan
Directions

Cut your Salmon filet into 1/2 inch to 1 inch squares and remove the skin.

Mix together half of your dry seasonings and save the other half for later. (hence the reason they are divided)

Coat the salmon with the dry seasonings.

Heat vegetable oil in frying pan until it is shimmering (or thin and runny)

Place your coated salmon in the pan and sear both sides.

Remove the salmon and place on a plate for later.

Add your butter and minced garlic to the pan and scrape up all the salmon bits from the pan.

Once the butter is melted, add your flour and whisk it thoroughly.

Add your heavy cream and whisk again.

Add the rest of your dry seasonings and mix well.

Let this simmer for a few minutes and start to thicken.

Add your cooked pasta and mix.

Add your salmon to the pan and coat well with sauce.

Top with some grated parmesan cheese and enjoy.
