Ingredients
- 2 sm. yellow squash
- 3 T. flour rounded
- 0.5 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 lg. can evaporated milk, may be skim
Directions

ok squash in water until done. Put all ingredients in blender. Mix well and pour in an 8.5″ × 8.5″ greased casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
