Ingredients
- 8-9 c. potatoes, cooked and grated
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. sharp cheddar, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

Mix all ingredients together except corn flakes and 1/4 c. melted margarine.

Place in 13 × 9 pan. Mix corn flakes and margarine and spread on top.

Let sit overnight before baking at 350° for 45 minutes.
