Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup condensed mushroom soup mix
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb. stew beef
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 8 to 10 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and mushroom soup in medium bowl.

Add all ingredients to your slow cooker and mix well.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours. You may stir occasionally.
