Beulah Ring Carrot Cake

Makes 3 layers or a 9×13

Ingredients
- 2C sugar
- 2t soda
- 1 and 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3C shredded carrots
- 2C flour
- 2and 1/2 t cinnamon
- 4eggs
- FROSTING:
- 8oz. Cream cheese
- 3and 3/4 cupspowdered sugar
- 2/3 stick butter
- 2t vanilla
- 1C chopped nuts
Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.

Cool completely before frosting

FROSTING:

Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar and vanilla (and nuts.)
