Portabello mushroom pizza

Ingredients

  • 6 medium portabellos
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 romano cheese
  • opt: pizza toppings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems

  3. Put on baking sheet, on parchment, gills up

  4. In a small bowl mix olive oil, oregano, garlic pow

  5. Brush tops and bottoms with oil mixture, making more if needed. Sprinkle salt evenly on them.

  6. Roast in oven 10-15 min until tender.

  7. Once baked, drain all liquid

  8. rn oven down to 425.

  9. Spread pizza sauce over, then cheeses, then toppings 6-8 minutes til cheese is melted. Serve immedately.
