- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 romano cheese

Preheat oven to 450

Clean mushrooms and remove stems

Put on baking sheet, on parchment, gills up

In a small bowl mix olive oil, oregano, garlic pow

Brush tops and bottoms with oil mixture, making more if needed. Sprinkle salt evenly on them.

Roast in oven 10-15 min until tender.

Once baked, drain all liquid

rn oven down to 425.

Spread pizza sauce over, then cheeses, then toppings 6-8 minutes til cheese is melted. Serve immedately.
