Ingredients
- 1/4 pound cooked and chopped bacon
- 2 - 6 1/2 oz minced clams
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1/3 c finely chopped red bell pepper
- 3 chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp worchestershire
- Tabasco to taste
Directions

Cook bacon

Drain clams and reserve 2 tbsp juice

In another bowl whisk cream cheese and sour cream

Add in reserved clam juice

Add remaining ingredients

Serve with pita points, etc
