Overnight French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 thick cut slices brioche
  • 1 2/3 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp sugar

Directions

  1. Butter 9×13 pan

  2. Butter one side of bread and lay in pan, butter side up

  3. Mix milk, eggs, salt, vanilla in small bowl and pour over bread

  4. Place in fridge overnight covered with foil

  5. Next day, heat oven to 425°

  6. Remove foil, sprinkle sugar over bread

  7. Bake for 25 min, top with syrup
