Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, fresh or frozen
- 1 T trans free margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
Directions

Bring med saucepan water to boil.

Add beans and cover, simmering until tender.

Remove to bowl.

Melt margarine over low heat.

Sauté in ginger, orange peel and shallots until shallots are tender.

Mix everything together.
